I can't wait for the next book! I am a True Blood fan and read all the Sookie Stackhouse novels. After reading those I was looking for a new series. I was introduced to this series by The Book Worm in Powder Springs and immediately fell in love with WIlliam and Jack! I read all 5 books in a little over a week which is quite an accomplishment for a working Mother of 3! I am anxiously awaiting a new book =)

I can't wait to read the next book I was wondering if you had any idea when the next one might be coming out. I see you get that question a lot but when something is really good it is hard to wait. I have read over 150 books in the past year and a half. I have found several really good authors and just finished James Patterson Witch & Wizards.

Unfortunately, Ballantine hasn’t given me a contract for more of them. (All the publishers are cutting back on acquisitions because of the economy.) If I’d known that I wouldn’t have left everyone hanging with that ending to book 5. However, I WILL finish the series even if I have to publish it myself. Sign up for my newsletter on this site and I’ll let you know when it’s available. Look for a happy ending for Jack and Connie, and we might not have seen the last of William after all!

Thanks for writing, Lovemesumsupes! If I publish the book myself, you'll be able to download it from this site. First I have to find the time to write it. Right now I'm looking full time for a "day" job that includes health insurance. As you know, we have terrible problems with insurance down here in the U.S. I got a chance to visit Toronto a few years back and loved it. Perhaps I'll move up there with you guys so I can get some coverage! :-)

I also read all five books in less then a week which as put you in a short list of my favorite authors. I cant wait for the next book to come out and to say that i wish your editor had not had you write william out of the books. I loved both characters. Thanks for sharing your world with us.
As a follow up has any of your fans thought to send some "fan mail" to your publisher and encourage them to offer the contract for the next book?
